Rivkin Radler Welcomes 3 Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler, is pleased to announce that Jordan Goldstein, Wallis Granat, and James Nelson have joined the firm as associates.

Jordan Goldstein, of Brooklyn, NY, has joined the Tax Group in the firm’s Uniondale office, where he advises businesses and individuals in a broad range of industries on tax matters relating to the structure of their business. Prior to joining the firm, Jordan worked for a Big 4 accounting firm and multi-national law firm, both based in New York City. He earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law.

Wallis Granat, of Plainview, NY, has joined the Commercial Litigation and Insurance Fraud Groups in the firm’s New York City office. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Wallis worked in emerging markets litigation, specializing in marketing, telemarketing, internet, technology, and privacy law. She earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.

James Nelson, of Ulster Park, NY, has joined the General Liability Group in the firm’s Poughkeepsie office. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, James was an attorney for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where he worked for seven years. There, he defended the Secretary of Veterans Affairs before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims through VA’s Court of Appeal Litigation Group. He earned his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School.
