Rivkin Radler Expands Corporate Group with Addition of Elliot Weiss

Barry Levy, managing partner of Rivkin Radler, announced that Elliot Weiss has joined the firm as a partner in its corporate practice. Elliot brings nearly 12 years of experience advising businesses and investors on a broad range of transactional matters.

A highly regarded attorney in his area of practice, Elliot represents clients ranging from small and midsize private companies to private investment funds in connection with mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and recapitalizations, joint venture transactions, debt and equity financings, and corporate governance matters.

Elliot also serves as an adjunct professor at Pratt Institute’s graduate program, where he teaches Intellectual Property Law and Business Law.
