Rivkin Radler Closes $100 Million Real Estate Deal
January 31, 2014 |Real Estate partner, Yaron Kornblum, represented May Bao Ltd., a subsidiary of Beijing Capital Development Holdings Co., Ltd., in its purchase of a luxury high rise apartment building known as The Grayson. The Grayson, located at 247 E. 28th Street, New York, New York, was purchased from Silverstone Property Group for $100 million.
