Rivkin Partners Represent at NYSBA T&E Section Fall Meeting

The New York State Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Law Section will hold its 2022 fall meeting September 15-17 at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston. Joseph La Ferlita is the Program Chair. Participants will be eligible for 7.0 MCLE credits over the three days — 1 Ethics credit, 1 Skills credit and 5 Professional Practice credits.

On September 15, Jennifer Hillman will present “Ethical Considerations: When Your T&E Matter Crosses State Lines: The Unauthorized Practice of Law.” On September 16, Lou Vlahos will present “Estate Planning for US. Persons Owning Foreign Assets and Foreign Persons Owning U.S. Assets.”
