Real Estate Group Negotiates Several Deals in June

John Panagopoulos represented the Purchaser of a commercial condominium located at 112-03 Queens Blvd., Forest Hills, NY, for the practice of sports medicine.  The purchase price was $1.18 million and was financed with Citibank N.A. for a loan amount of $940,000.

John Panagopoulos represented the Purchaser, Rhyme Holdings II LLC, in its acquisition of an Upper West Side condominium for a purchase price of $5.53 million.  The transaction was financed with a loan in the amount of $4.42 million from Raymond James, N.A.  Erez Glambosky negotiated the Surrender Agreement for the Purchaser’s tenancy, providing for an option that resulted in the acquisition.

Louis D’Amaro represented the tenant in lease negotiations for a 4,000-square-foot executive office space located at 1400 Old Country Road, Westbury, NY, and the landlord in lease negotiations for a 10,000-square-foot retail space for a major clothing store in Camden, NJ.
