Lellos, Malerba and Simensky Represent Sellers in Bifurcated Sale of Healthcare Management, Billing and Investment Companies

Stella Lellos, Ben Malerba and Sean Simensky represented the four members of two New York based limited liability companies, in the business of operating healthcare management and billing services and in investing in specialty ambulatory surgical centers, in a bifurcated transaction pursuant to which the holding company sold its membership interests in its two wholly owned subsidiaries responsible for the management and billing services respectively to a strategic acquirer based in Pennsylvania and the four owners of the investment company sold their membership interests to three investors for a total transaction price of $78 million.
