Kornblum Continues to Close Deals in the Metropolitan Area

On September 14, Yaron Kornblum represented 771 East 213th Street LLC in its acquisition of a mixed use dwelling with eight units located at 771 East 213th Street, Bronx, N.Y. for a purchase price of $1.5 million with financing from Signature Bank for a loan amount of $1.04 million.

On September 19, Yaron Kornblum represented three borrowers in their refinance of three separate apartment buildings located at 219 East 17th Street, Brooklyn, N.Y., 2201 Cortelyou Road, Brooklyn, N.Y., and 168 Rivington Street, New York, N.Y. The lenders included The Community Preservation Cooperation and Clifton Savings Bank with loan amounts of $1.83 million, $2.54 million and $2.41 million respectively.

On September 28, Yaron Kornblum also represented 376 Park Realty LLC in its purchase of a twenty five foot apartment building located at 376 Park Avenue East Orange, N.J. for a purchase price of $2.8 million, with financing of $2.2 million provided by Arbor Agency Lending LLC.
