On June 15, 2015, Yaron Kornblum represented the Purchaser, 182 Hart Management LLC, in its acquisition of 182 Hart Street, Brooklyn, NY for a purchase price of $1.250 million, and financing from Signature Bank, in the amount of $900,000.00.

On June 20, 2017, Yaron Kornblum represented the Purchaser, 344 McGuiness Holdings LLC in its acquisition of 344 McGuiness Boulevard, Brooklyn, NY for a purchase price of $2.3 million and financing from Signature Bank in the amount of $1.6 million.
