Kenigsberg Presents at ECC Conference

On April 2nd, Jay Kenigsberg presented “Blockchain: What In The World Are We Getting Ourselves Into?” at the Eastern Claims Conference in Boston, Massachusetts.  Jay addressed a very receptive audience of Life, Health and Disability claims professionals from throughout the U.S. who are experiencing a revolution in how death claims are currently being handled. Jay’s presentation focused upon AI, robotics and blockchain in the claims industry, and assessed the technologies from the perspective of the C-Suite and the changing demands of a younger, computer savvy customer demographic.  Jay fielded numerous questions concerning the manner in which these emerging technologies will coordinate with privacy regulations that impact the industry.  The presentation was enthusiastically received and is scheduled to be presented again at the International Claims Association Conference this Fall in Denver, Colorado.
