Legal 500 Recognizes Malerba in Elite City Rankings
February 26, 2026 |The prestigious Legal 500 has ranked Rivkin Radler partner Benjamin Malerba in its inaugural Elite City Focus: New York: Cybersecurity & Data Protection series—spotlighting standout practitioners outside of the global elite firms in Boston, Connecticut, New England, New York, Philadelphia and Washington DC.
Attorneys are selected through extensive research, including interviews with top practitioners, referee and peer feedback, and evidence of key matters worked on by the ranked attorneys during the past year.
Ben is co-chair of the firm’s Health Services Practice Group and a member of the Privacy, Data & Cyber Law Practice Group, where he covers data breach and response, cybersecurity and data security, with a particular focus on security breaches related to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). He also helps clients prepare for and respond to HIPAA breaches and investigations.
