Jenna Gabay Joins Rivkin Radler
February 13, 2017 |Uniondale, New York – January 2017 – Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Jenna Gabay has joined the firm as an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, resident in the New Jersey office.
Jenna Gabay, of Cresskill, NJ represents pharmaceutical and other corporate clients in both federal and state court in complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, restrictive covenants, unfair competition, trade secrets, defamation, copyright, trademark, and patent cases. Jenna also prosecutes and defends civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters, and others involved in complex, large scale insurance fraud schemes.
After graduating from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations, with a B.S., Jenna attended The George Washington University Law School, where she received her Juris Doctor.
