Honig Victorious in Breach of Contract Jury Trial

Jeremy Honig successfully obtained a unanimous jury verdict in Westchester County Supreme Court in favor of the defendant general contractor in a breach of contract case commenced by the plaintiff homeowner.  The jury rejected plaintiff’s breach of contract claim and awarded defendant a money judgment on its breach of contract counterclaim finding that plaintiff had breached the contract by failing to make the required progress payments to defendant.
