Jeremy B. Honig concentrates his practice in commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate, construction, and complex landlord-tenant litigation.

Jeremy has successfully tried many cases in the Supreme Court and Civil Court on behalf of major commercial and residential real estate corporations, developers, asset and portfolio managers, landlords, tenants, management companies, contractors and subcontractors in varied complex commercial litigation matters including breach of contract disputes, construction disputes, real estate disputes and complex landlord-tenant matters. Jeremy has also successfully argued numerous appeals at the Appellate Division of the State of New York.

Clients who are under investigation for alleged violations of laws related to the ownership and management of real estate call on Jeremy to represent them before the New York Attorney General’s Office and United States Department of Justice. He assists landlords, developers and owners under investigation, negotiating sophisticated settlement agreements in an effort to avoid litigation. If litigation is necessary, Jeremy implements advanced litigation strategies honed through years of high-profile litigation and courtroom experience.

Jeremy also has significant experience in negotiating and preparing agreements on behalf of developers and neighboring property owners in connection with development projects throughout New York City.

Jeremy is a former member and President of the Binghamton Crosbys, an internationally acclaimed and award-winning collegiate acapella group. He was honored to sing the National Anthem at a New York Mets game and at the Long Island Marathon.
