Top-Tier Litigator Michael Antongiovanni Joins Rivkin Radler

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler, is pleased to announce that Michael J. Antongiovanni has joined the Commercial Litigation, Construction, Real Estate, and Trusts & Estates groups in the firm’s Uniondale office.

Michael J. Antongiovanni, of Plainview, NY, counsels a broad array of clients, ranging from individuals and professionals to startups, small businesses and international corporations. He also represents clients in Trust and Estate proceedings including probate and accounting proceedings, kinship proceedings and proceedings concerning the validity of trusts and other estate planning instruments.

He joins Rivkin Radler with over 20 years of experience. “I am excited to contribute to the continued success of Rivkin Radler and its business litigation, real estate and estate litigation practices,” said Michael. “I look forward to working alongside the firm’s team of talented and passionate attorneys to further our clients’ objectives and goals.”

Michael has been named among New York Super Lawyers (2013-21). In 2023, he received the Director’s Award from the Nassau County Bar Association for his outstanding service as Chair of the Financial Oversight Committee. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association’s House of Delegates, Nassau County Bar Association’s Commercial Litigation Committee, New York State Bar Association’s Commercial and Federal Litigation Section, and the Long Island Association.
