Heptig appointed Chair of the Corporations, Banking and Securities Law Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association
May 25, 2016 |Kate Heptig has been appointed chair of the Corporations, Banking and Securities Law Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association for the 2016-2017 term. The Committee addresses emerging issues in corporate law, banking law, and securities regulation and litigation, including statutory developments, court decisions, regulatory bodies, and ADR agencies, and provides an interdisciplinary forum for business attorneys.
