Gordon and Spero to present at the Nassau County Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Committee

On February 15, 2017 at 12:00 p.m, Stu Gordon and Matt Spero will present to the Nassau County Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Committee on “Structured Dismissals and the Jevic Case,” which was just argued before the U.S. Supreme Court.  Jeannine Farino is assisting with the seminar as well.  Attendees will be eligible for CLE credits, and the seminar will be held at the Nassau Bar Association.

E.D.N.Y. Bankruptcy Judge Louis Scarcella and William T. Harrington, the United States Trustee for Regions 1 and 2 (i.e. NY, CT, VT, MA, NH, ME and RI), will also be on the panel.  (The Bankruptcy Committee is chaired by Matt Spero.)
