Boyd Co-Presents NCBA CLE: This Year’s Most Significant Bankruptcy Decisions

On September 23, 2021, J’Naia Boyd will co-present “This Year’s Most Significant Bankruptcy Decisions,” a CLE program presented via Zoom by the Nassau County Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Law Committee, the Suffolk Academy of Law and the Eastern District of New York Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Participants will be eligible for 2 credits in professional practice.

The program will discuss the recent significant cases that have been decided throughout the country that could impact legal practice and strategies for business and bankruptcy cases. J’Naia joins Bill Rochelle, editor-at-large for the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and author of the ABI Daily Wire; bankruptcy judges Alan S. Trust,  Robert E. Grossman and Louis Scarcella; as well as Susan Block-Lieb, professor at Fordham University School of Law.
