Feuer and Panagopoulos Represent New York City Investors in Sale of 42 Unit Apartment Complex

Scott Feuer and John Panagopoulos represented two New York City real estate investors in the sale of a 42 unit apartment complex located on West 139th Street in Manhattan for a purchase price of $13.6 million.  This transaction was part of a Section 1031 tax-deferred exchange for each investor.
