CLE: Defending an FCA Allegation

On Wednesday, April 25, Rivkin Radler, in conjunction with the Gitenstein Institute for Health Law and Policy, will present “Defending an FCA Allegation: Forewarned Is Forearmed.” The panel will deconstruct real, unsealed False Claims Act cases to reveal how healthcare companies can protect themselves against allegations of fraudulent medical billing practices.
