Marcus Tubin is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. As an advocate, Marcus learns his client’s goals and does everything he can to achieve them.

Marcus has extensive experience in pre-trial litigation, including pleadings, fact and expert discovery, dispositive and evidentiary motions, mediation and settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

Marcus joined the firm following a clerkship in the District of New Jersey. While clerking, Marcus researched and drafted opinions in many areas of law, including intellectual property (patent, copyright, and trademark), contracts, class actions (antitrust, FLSA, Federal Wiretap Act), insurance, employment, and product liability.

Before clerking, he was a litigator at a New York law firm.

In law school, Marcus was a member of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal, Moot Court Board (Mulligan Competition Finalist), and Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Team.
