Edward Jaffe has extensive litigation and arbitration experience in the real estate and construction industry as well as the fashion world. He has successfully resolved hundreds of arbitrations, mediations and bench and jury trials during his years of practice as the founding partner of a boutique New York City litigation law firm.

Ed’s experience in these New York-based industries led to his extensive involvement in complicated transactional matters. In the construction end of his practice he has represented general contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and design professionals. Ed’s long-term involvement with fashion has included representation of fabric providers, manufacturers, prominent fashion designers and labels. With regard to designers and others, Ed has extensive experience with intellectual property licensing.

Outside of the office, Ed has served on and presided over numerous private community boards providing both political and legal expertise in this capacity.
