Edward Jaffe has extensive litigation and arbitration experience in the real estate and construction industry as well as the fashion world. He has successfully resolved hundreds of arbitrations, mediations, and bench and jury trials during his years of practice as the founding partner of a boutique litigation law firm in New York City.
Ed’s experience in these New York-based industries led to his extensive involvement in complicated transactional matters. In his construction practice, he has represented general contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and design professionals. Ed’s long-term involvement with fashion included representing fabric providers, manufacturers, prominent fashion designers and labels. With regard to designers and others, Ed has extensive experience with intellectual property licensing.
