Greener Presents at New York City Paralegal Association

The session discussed the role of the paralegal in estate planning, including how to compile information, preparation of documents, client follow up, plan maintenance, ancillary services, including, but not limited to POA, Crummey Powers, deed preparations, document review and how to maintain a Will file.
