Cornachio Closes on Refinancing of Buildings in the Lake Success Quadrangle

William Cornachio, with assistance from Marie Landsman and Matt Spero, closed on a $155 million refinancing of mortgage loans on the ten buildings in the Lake Success Quadrangle office park owned by our  client, The We’re Group.  The new loans were provided by three lending affiliates of a major life and casualty insurance company, which has in the past provided mortgage financing to several of the office properties The We’re Group owns and manages on Long Island.
