The Corporate Group Closes Fourth Acquisition for Arkadin, Inc.

William Cornachio, with assistance from Jenny Shin and Sean Simensky, represented Arkadin, Inc. in its recently completed acquisition of the assets of a Long Island based conferencing and communications company.  This is the fourth major acquisition the corporate team handled for Arkadin, which offers a complete range of integrated audio, web, video and unified communications solutions, and is one of the largest and fastest growing collaboration service providers, with a global network of 53 offices in 32 countries.
