Strober to Present on Medical Malpractice at CLM Focus Conference

March 15, 2022 | Medical Malpractice Defense

Eric Strober will be a panelist at the CLM Focus conference, taking place June 15-16 in Nashville, TN.

His program, entitled “Medical Malpractice: Unique Issues in the Defense of Non-MD Healthcare Providers in the Homecare Setting,” will cover the various kinds of claims that are made against non-doctor professionals in the home care setting. This includes claims against personal care aides, home health aides, nurses aides, LPNs and RNs.

It will cover everything from trip-and-fall accidents in the home to claims of negligent care to the management of severely ill and dependent patients on ventilators. It also will cover the kinds of claims made, defenses available and damages as well as the kinds of experts needed to defend these cases.

We anticipate that this program will be eligible for CLE credit.
