May 9, 2024 | Medical Malpractice Defense

Tried in the Supreme Court of Queens County, the defendant doctor was accused of negligent performance of foot surgery and follow up care. The case was tried before a jury, who rendered a defense verdict after one week of trial. The case involved the performance of a Weil osteotomy, the administration of steroids, and post-operative follow up.

Eric Strober, his client, and expert were able to establish that the surgery was properly performed, the steroids were of no impact, and that post operative management was within acceptable standards.
