Sirignano, Goldberg and Kam Defeat Defendant Doctor’s Motion to Quash

In an insurance fraud case alleging the unlawful ownership and operation of healthcare corporations and unlawful financial kickback schemes, Michael Sirignano, Ryan Goldberg and Priscilla Kam successfully opposed a medical provider’s motion to quash subpoenas seeking financial records.  The Court held that based on a review of the parties’ motion papers and the allegations in the insurer’s Verified Complaint, the subpoenaed records are material and necessary to the facts at issue.
