Schlosser Appointed to NCBA Lawyer Assistance Committee
December 11, 2025 | | |This month, Rivkin Radler partner Brian Schlosser was appointed as a member of the Nassau County Bar Association (NCBA) Lawyer Assistance Committee, which administers the NCBA’s Lawyer Assistance Program (LAP).
Supported by grants from the NYS Office of Court Administration, LAP provides a range of services to lawyers, judges, law students, and their immediate family members who are struggling with alcohol or drug abuse, depression, anxiety, stress, as well as other addictions and mental health issues. LAP services are free and strictly confidential via §499 of the Judiciary Law and the Rule of Professional Conduct.
Brian is a member of the firm’s Complex Torts & Product Liability, General Liability, and Medical Malpractice Defense practice groups. He defends clients in general liability, construction accidents, labor law, products liability, toxic tort, and mass tort lawsuits, as well as in medical malpractice, nursing home liability, and adult care facility liability actions.
