Rivkin Radler’s David S. Wilck Among 40 Rising Stars Under 40

UNIONDALE, NEW YORK – David Wilck, of Dix Hills, a Partner with Rivkin Radler LLP, has been named to Long Island Business News’ 40 Rising Stars Under 40 Class of 2007. Mr. Wilck is among Long Island’s top 40 individuals in business who are not only hard-working, talented and dedicated young professionals, but who also have made significant contributions to charitable endeavors.

David is a member of the firm’s Professional Liability and Insurance & Coverage Litigation Practice Groups, representing a variety of professionals in the defense of malpractice claims, including lawyers, accountants, insurance agents and brokers, internet companies, employment placement agencies, and other miscellaneous professionals. He also represents numerous insurance companies with respect to a wide range of insurance coverage related matters, including policy issues relating to professional liability, directors and officers, broker-dealer and employment practices liability. Mr. Wilck also represents insureds in the areas of premises liability, products liability and construction/labor law litigation.
