Rivkin Radler Welcomes Two New Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that J’Naia L. Boyd and Gregory J. Klubok have joined the firm.

J’Naia L. Boyd has joined the firm’s Appeals and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups as an Associate.

Prior to joining the firm, J’Naia was a senior court attorney at the New York State Court of Appeals.  In this capacity, J’Naia prepared comprehensive reports for the Judges of the Court that analyzed the relevant statutes, regulations, and case law; examined complex state jurisdictional issues; and recommended whether to grant, deny, or dismiss leave in civil motions for leave to appeal.  She also drafted memorandum opinions for civil appeals selected for sua sponte merits disposition, an alternative procedure.  Additionally, J’Naia practiced with a Baltimore, Maryland, law firm in the area of family law.

Gregory J. Kloubok has joined the firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group as an Associate.

Gregory represents insurance companies in complex risk and coverage disputes throughout the country.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Greg was a Senior Court Attorney at the New York Court of Appeals, where he prepared comprehensive reports for the Judges of the Court that recommended whether to grant, deny, or dismiss civil motions for leave to appeal.  He also drafted memorandum opinions for civil appeals selected for Sua Sponte Merits disposition, an alternative procedure.  While at the Court of Appeals, Greg worked on a wide variety of substantive and procedural civil issues and regularly analyzed questions involving the Court’s jurisdiction.
