Rivkin Radler Welcomes Two New Associates
October 2, 2019 | |Uniondale, New York – Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Ora L. Lupear and Philip Nash have joined the firm as Associates.
Ora L. Lupear has joined the firm’s firm’s Compliance, Investigations, & White Collar and Insurance Fraud practice groups. Ora focuses his practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters.
Ora received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Ora worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office.
Philip Nash has joined the firm’s Insurance Fraud practice group. Philip focuses his practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters.
Philip received his Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
Prior to joining the firm, Philip worked for one of Nassau County’s premiere boutique law firms, where he focused his practice on criminal defense, criminal record sealing, and dietary supplement and sports nutrition regulation.
