Rivkin Radler Welcomes Two New Associates

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Ana Parikh and Rosalinde Casalini have joined the firm as associates.

Ana Parikh has joined the New Jersey office in the General Liability Practice Group.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Ana worked at a mid-sized law firm handling motor vehicle, premises liability, medical malpractice, professional malpractice and employment cases. She managed a case load of over 60 cases and effectively resolved matters through settlement and/or successful motion practice.

While attending Rutgers School of Law, Ana was a member of the Child Advocacy Clinic, where she represented minors and families in the Essex County area in matters ranging from child abuse, trauma and custody issues, disability issues, and immigration and asylum issues. Through the Child Advocacy Clinic, Ana was also involved in the “Aging Out Project” aimed at educating older foster youth about their rights and entitlements. Additionally, during law school, Ana volunteered as a mediator in the Essex County Small Claims Court assisting in mediations including landlord-tenant issues, contract issues, etc.

Rosalinde Casalini has joined the Uniondale office in the firm’s Employment and Labor and Insurance Fraud Practice Groups.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Rosalinde served as a federal law clerk to the Honorable Anne Y. Shields, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of New York, where she assisted Judge Shields in all aspects of civil case management, from commencement through dispositive motion practice.

While attending Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Rosalinde served as a research editor on the Touro Law Review, and was also a member of Touro Moot Court Honor Society.
