Rivkin Radler Welcomes Three New Associates

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Yale A. Leber, Donald J. Kernisant, Jr., and Evan Rabinowitz have joined the firm as Associates.

Yale A. Leber has joined the Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups. He represents pharmaceutical and other corporate clients in complex commercial litigations and intellectual property matters such as restrictive covenants, unfair competition, trade secrets, copyright, trademark, and patent cases.

Donald Kernisant, Jr. has joined the Compliance, Investigations & White Collar and Insurance Fraud practice groups.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Donald was an Assistant District Attorney at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant District Attorney in the Narcotics Trial Bureau, Donald prosecuted a wide variety of cases, including assaults, robberies, burglaries, gun possession, and drug-related offenses. Donald handled the prosecution of these cases from their inception at arrest to their conclusion at sentencing and at all intermediate stages including investigation, Grand Jury, hearing and trial.

Evan Rabinowitz has joined the Banking and Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use practice groups.

Evan has extensive experience with all phases of real estate transactions, banking practice and title clearance. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Evan worked for a Real Estate Law firm where he represented major institutional lenders, as well as individuals and entities in the purchase, sale and refinance of cooperatives, condominiums, single and multi-family homes and commercial properties. In addition, he handled all aspects of entity formations.
