Rivkin Radler Welcomes Three Associates
May 31, 2014 |Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Matthew A. Lampert, Jeremy B. Honig and Dana E. Gold have joined the firm as Associates in the Litigation & Appeals Practice Group.

Matthew A. Lampert, of Great Neck, handles the defense of matters involving personal injury claims. He has tried to verdict many cases involving claims of general negligence, negligent supervision and premises liability against municipalities. Prior to his career in civil litigation, Matthew was a senior trial attorney in the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office, where he was responsible for successfully prosecuting numerous violent felony and vehicular homicide cases, including New York State’s first case of aggravated vehicular homicide.
Matthew earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.
Jeremy B. Honig, of Melville, has substantial experience in commercial litigation where he concentrates in the areas of real estate, construction and landlord/tenant litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Jeremy tried several cases to verdict as both lead counsel and co-counsel and has successfully argued appeals in the Appellate Division, First and Second Departments, as well as in the Appellate Term.
Jeremy earned his Juris Doctor from SUNY at Buffalo Law School.
Dana E. Gold, of Forest Hills, focuses her practice in the areas of insurance fraud investigation and defense litigation on behalf of major insurance carriers. Prior to joining the firm, Dana was an associate in New York City, where she practiced New York State No-Fault insurance litigation, insurance defense, and related litigation.
Dana earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
