Rivkin Radler Welcomes Silvana Merlino

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Silvana Merlino has joined the Firm as Counsel in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, resident in the Long Island office.

Merlino has represented numerous clients in patent and trademark prosecution matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  She has advised clients in other areas of intellectual property practice, including complex and high-technology multi-party licensing programs, patent litigation, transactional and IP due diligence, patent counseling, opinion work, licensing, and copyright matters.

Merlino received her Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law.
