Amy L. Silver has joined the Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Practice Group, resident in the Long Island office. Amy has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including office; retail; restaurant and industrial leasing; and subleasing for landlords, tenants, sublandlords and subtenants; acquisition and disposition of a wide range of commercial buildings; and the representation of leading U.S. and international financial institutions, funds, property owners, banks and investors in real estate financing. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Amy was a Partner at Lazer Aptheker Rosella & Yedid, P.C. in Melville, NY.
