Rivkin Radler Welcomes New Health Services Partner Jeffrey P. Rust

Uniondale,  New York – April 2017 – Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Jeffrey P. Rust has joined the firm as a Partner in the firm’s Health Services and Corporate Practice Groups.

Mr. Rust applies extensive transactional skills and experience in the representation of hospitals, health systems, multi- and single-specialty medical practices, and healthcare entrepreneurs. His experience extends to providing counsel regarding compliance with federal and state fraud and abuse laws, reimbursement disputes, HIPAA compliance, self-referral and Stark issues and a variety of complex legal, business and transactional matters.

Mr. Rust, of Garden City, New York, has more than 15 years of experience representing healthcare and corporate clients in transactional and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, governance issues, research collaborations and licensing arrangements, employment and consulting agreements, and a range of general commercial and healthcare-related agreements.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Mr.  Rust served as practice group leader for Farrell Fritz’s corporate and finance group.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law.
