Rivkin Radler Welcomes New Attorney

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Jane Ann E. Whitchurch has joined the firm as Counsel in the Commercial Litigation, General Liability and Insurance Coverage Practice Groups, resident in the New Jersey office.

Jane Ann E. Whitchurch focuses her practice on general liability matters including premises and auto claims as well as commercial liability and insurance coverage matters.  She has garnered significant civil litigation experience over the last twenty years having represented insurance companies, self-insureds, product manufacturers, public entities and private clients in connection with significant and catastrophic personal injury and product liability cases as well as with commercial, construction and employment related matters.  She served numerous times as an arbitrator in connection with UM/UIM matters on behalf of a large national insurance company and has assisted with SIU matters for various insurance carriers.  Jane Ann was also tasked with managing both the workers’ compensation department and family law department at a mid-sized firm prior to joining Rivkin Radler.
