Rivkin Radler Florida Trial Lawyers Secure Two Significant Victories

Capping off a busy summer trial season, Rivkin Radler’s Jacksonville trial team of Dion Bass, Jill Bechtold, and Jessica Williams secured a bench trial victory in Tampa, Florida in June. The 13th Judicial Circuit Court judge determined there was no coverage under the insurance policy at issue and all conditions precedent had been met. The issue was heavily litigated by both sides, raising unique issues of public records disclosures and Office of Insurance Regulation requirements.

July ended with a hard-fought win in West Palm Beach again for trial lawyers Dion Bass, Jill Bechtold, and Morgan Moceyunas. Following four days of witness testimony and presentation of evidence to the jury, the team secured a directed verdict when the 15^th Judicial Circuit court judge ruled in favor of their client as a matter of law.
