Rivkin Radler Welcomes New Attorney
October 29, 2018 |Hackensack, New Jersey – October 29, 2018 – Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Matthew Windman has joined the firm.
Matthew has joined the firm’s General Liability group as an Associate where he defends cases involving insurance coverage issues, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, wrongful death actions, and professional liability.
Prior to joining the Firm, Matthew gained significant litigation experience as an associate with two mid-sized New York law firms, where he specialized in the defense of municipal entities, managed complex tort and general negligence cases, and effectively resolved matters through successful motion practice and settlement.
