Rivkin Radler Welcomes New Associate
September 6, 2018 | | |New York, NY – September 6, 2018 – Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Cali L. Eckler has joined the firm as an Associate.
Cali L. Eckler has joined the firm’s Professional Liability, Directors & Officers Liability and Employment & Labor Practice Groups.
Eckler defends attorneys, engineers, architects, insurance agents and brokers, financial personnel and various other professionals in complex professional liability and commercial litigation. She also defends employers from employment discrimination claims and other related matters.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Eckler was associated with Nicoletti, Hornig & Sweeney in downtown Manhattan, where she successfully handled international maritime and transportation matters, product liability claims, breach of contract claims and personal injury cases arising out of construction accidents, property damage and premises liability. She has also represented insurance companies in subrogation actions for cargo losses and in insurance coverage disputes.
