Rivkin Radler Welcomes Michael C. Castellon
November 3, 2022 |Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Michael C. Castellon, of New York, NY, has joined the firm as Partner in the Construction Practice Group, in the Manhattan office.
Castellon focuses his practice on construction related matters. He tries, arbitrates, and mediates cases in state and federal courts and Dispute Review Boards, and also drafts and negotiates contracts including prime contracts, design-build, professional services, purchase orders, subcontracts, license/access agreements and RFPs.

Prior to joining the Rivkin Radler, Castellon was General Counsel for the $4.2 billion LaGuardia Central Terminal B Redevelopment Project. He was also North American Counsel for a subway and rapid transit design/builder headquartered in Paris, France, and a partner at a large, multinational law firm.
Castellon attended Duke University School of Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor. Before attending law school, he attended Vanderbilt University and received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He also received an MBA from the University of Georgia.
