Rivkin Radler Welcomes Eric J. Ploumis
August 3, 2021 |Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Eric J. Ploumis, of Brooklyn, NY, has joined the Firm as Of Counsel in the firm’s Health Services Practice Group, resident in the Uniondale office.
Ploumis concentrates his representation on the business and transactional issue dentists face on a daily basis. His work encompasses practice transitions, partnership and employment agreements, office leases, corporate dentistry (DSO’s), and the defense of professional misconduct allegations.
Prior to joining the firm, Ploumis had his own law practice. He has been a clinical associate professor in the Department of Orthodontics at NYU College of Dentistry for over 30 years.
Ploumis received his Juris Doctor degree from Pace University School of Law.
