Rivkin Radler Welcomes 5 New Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Jason Biegel, Jann Brent, Alexandra Cusano, Timothy Gonzalez and Ashley Prinz have joined the firm.

Jason Biegel, of Elmont, NY, has joined the firm as an Associate in the Professional Liability Practice Group, in the Uniondale office. Jason concentrates his practice in the defense of claims asserted against all professionals, including attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers and insurance agents and brokers. Prior to joining the firm, Jason was an associate at a Long Island law firm and received his Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

Jann Brent, of Syosset, NY, has joined the firm as Counsel in the Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use Practice Group, in the Uniondale office. Jann represents individuals and corporate entities in the areas of landlord-tenant law, real estate litigation, and civil and commercial litigation, with a strong focus on representing landlords in multiple facets of legal representation. Prior to joining the firm, Jann was an attorney at a Long Island based law firm and received her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.

Alexandra Cusano, of Rockville Centre, NY, has joined the firm as an Associate in the Insurance Fraud Practice Group, in the Uniondale office. Alexandra’s practice focuses on prosecuting civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters, and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Alexandra served as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office’s Vehicular Crimes Bureau. She received her Juris Doctor from SUNY Buffalo, Law School.

Timothy Gonzalez, of Bayonne, NJ, has joined the firm as an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, in the Hackensack office. Timothy focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes, intellectually property and insurance law matters, and probate litigation. Before joining Rivkin Radler, Tim was an associate at a large regional law firm and received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Ashley Prinz, of Massapequa Park, has joined the firm as an Associate in the Insurance Fraud Practice Group, in the Uniondale office. Ashley helps insurers prosecute civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters, and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Ashley served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office’s Vehicular Crimes Bureau and received her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.
