Jason M. Biegel is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Professional Liability Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the defense of claims asserted against all professionals, including attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers and insurance agents and brokers.

Prior to his association with the firm, Jason handled various commercial litigation claims against architects and engineers for a midsize New York law firm located on Long Island. He also has experience handling matters in all aspects of general litigation, including real estate; foreclosure; matrimonial; and wills, trusts and estates.

Jason received his Juris Doctorate in 2016 from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. In addition to his law degree, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from CUNY Queens College.

In his free time, Jason enjoys playing tennis, cooking and traveling.
