Rivkin Radler Welcomes 4 New Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Ryan Hyde and E. Christopher Murray have joined the firm as Partners and David Cano and Konstantinos Kapatos have joined the firm as Associates.

Ryan Hyde, of Jacksonville, FL has joined the firm as a Partner in the Insurance Fraud Practice Group in the Jacksonville office. Ryan is a commercial litigator with trial experience in commercial, bankruptcy, real estate and business litigation. He has experience representing institutional and private equity lenders, midsize and small business owners, real estate developers, property owners, homeowners’ associations and restaurants in all aspects of civil law from intake through trial to appeal. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Ryan was a Partner at a Jacksonville based firm and earned his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law.

E. Christopher Murray, of Setauket, NY has joined the firm as a Partner in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Uniondale office. Chris has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of complex commercial, environmental, real estate, brokerage commission, insurance, employment, civil rights, anti-trust and trademark litigation, as well as commercial real estate and business transactions. His practice includes jury and non-jury trials in Federal and State court, as well as arbitration proceedings and administrative hearings. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Chris was a Partner at a Long Island based firm and earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.

David Cano, of Brooklyn, NY has joined the firm as an Associate in the Insurance Fraud Practice Group in the Uniondale office. He focuses his practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, David worked at a midsize firm in New York City where he handled various aspects of insurance litigation including appearing in court proceedings and arbitration hearings to argue the merits of numerous no-fault matters. He received his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Konstantinos Kapatos, of Brookville, NY has joined the firm as an Associate in the General Liability Practice Group in the Uniondale office. Konstantinos represents corporate clients and individuals in general negligence, personal injury, premises liability, products liability and construction/labor law matters. Prior to joining the firm, Konstantinos interned with the Hon. Leonard D. Wexler in the Eastern District of New York and the Legal Aid Society and earned his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
