Rivkin Radler Welcomes 4 Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler, is pleased to announce that Kaitlyn B. Connor and Thomas Paddock have joined the firm as associates – pending admission, and Anthony Hawkins and Joseph Niczky have joined the firm as associates.

Kaitlyn B. Connor, of Farmingville, NY, has joined the General Liability Group in the firm’s Uniondale office. In 2024, Connor graduated summa cum laude from Albany Law School. While attending school, she served as the Lead Article Editor of the Albany Law Journal of Science & Technology, which published a wide range of articles touching on the intersection of science, technology, and the law. She also worked as a Teaching Assistant for an Introduction to Lawyering class. Kaitlyn gained internship experience in trusts and estates litigation with a firm in the Albany area, and was a Summer Associate at Rivkin Radler in 2023, where she assisted with a variety of legal topics.

Anthony Hawkins, of New York, NY, has joined the Commercial Litigation and Appeals Group in the firm’s New York City office. Prior to joining the firm, Anthony was a senior court attorney at the New York State Court of Appeals, where he wrote reports on civil motions for leave to appeal, assisting the Court in identifying novel legal questions and conflicts in existing precedent. He earned his Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law.

Joseph Niczky, of Rockville Centre, NY, has joined the Commercial Litigation Group in the firm’s Uniondale office, where he represents clients across many industries in a diverse range of commercial disputes. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Joseph worked in the litigation and insurance coverage groups of two international law firms where he successfully litigated breach of contract, tort, and securities cases. He earned his Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School.

Thomas Paddock, of New York, NY, has joined the Insurance Fraud Group in the firm’s New York City office. In May 2024, Thomas graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He was an intern for Judge Esther Morgenstern, an Alexander Fellows Judicial intern for Judge Lisa Beckerman in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, and a member of the Benjamin B. Ferencz Human Rights and Atrocity Prevention Clinic. Additionally, he was a Summer Associate at Rivkin Radler in 2023, where he assisted with a variety of legal topics.
