Thomas takes pride in working within a practice area dedicated to preventing fraud in the health care insurance industry. He values the fact that his work is not only engaging but plays an important role in protecting patients from exploitation.
Thomas K. Paddock is an associate in the firm’s Insurance Fraud Group.
In May 2024, Thomas graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Prior to this, he graduated from the Australian National University with an honors degree in international relations.
While attending Cardozo, Thomas was a member of the Cardozo Moot Court Honor Society, where he served as competition editor for the Monroe E. Price Media Law Moot Court Competition. He was an intern for Judge Esther Morgenstern, an Alexander Fellows judicial intern for Judge Lisa Beckerman in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, and a member of the Benjamin B. Ferencz Human Rights and Atrocity Prevention Clinic.
Additionally, Thomas was a summer associate at Rivkin Radler in 2023, where he assisted with a variety of legal matters.
In his free time, Thomas loves to cook, rock climb, and play golf.
