Rivkin Radler Welcomes 3 New Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Maria Harghel, Jessica J. Williams and Lindsey Zager have joined the firm as Associates.

Maria Harghel, of Oakland Gardens, NY, has joined the Insurance Fraud Practice Group as an Associate, in the Uniondale office. She focuses her practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Maria worked at a midsize firm in Nassau County where she handled various aspects of medical malpractice litigation including discovery and motion practice, as well as trial prep for the defense of high-exposure cases. Maria earned her Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

Jessica J. Williams, of Jacksonville, FL, has joined the Insurance Fraud Practice Group as an Associate, in the Jacksonville office where she defends insurers in complex coverage litigation. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Jessica practiced at another Jacksonville firm where she handled a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contract and insurance disputes, trademark claims, and commercial torts. Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Lindsey Zager, of Coram, NY, has joined the Insurance Fraud Practice Group as an Associate, in the Uniondale office, where she focuses her practice on investigating and litigating no-fault insurance fraud matters. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Lindsey worked at a midsize law firm specializing in no-fault insurance matters and earned her Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
